Meet Henry Bieryla
My name is Henry, and I’m very glad you’re here. I’ve been studying and working with the material of Edgar Cayce for about fifty years now, and I currently serve as a representative in Pennsylvania for the Association for Research and Enlightenment—often called the ARE.
My introduction to this material actually began when I was in college. At that time, I came across the writings of Linda Goodman. Her work opened the door for me to the idea that there may be deeper spiritual laws operating in our lives, including the possibility that the soul lives more than one lifetime. That discovery led me to explore the Cayce readings, and once I began studying them, I realized there was an extraordinary body of information there about the evolution of the soul and the purpose of life.
That discovery set me on a path that has now lasted for decades.
For the past sixteen years, I have been involved in this group, and I’ve also had the privilege of working closely with Dr. Walter Semkiw, MD, our founder. I have given several hundred presentations on reincarnation and the journey of the soul.
In my upcoming posts and discussions, we’ll be exploring three very important aspects of reincarnation.
First, the principles of reincarnation—what it is and the immutable spiritual laws behind it. You will learn how you are the author of the Book of Life, and you are writing your next chapter NOW!
Second, the purpose of reincarnation—why does the soul return again and again, and what we are meant to learn and accomplish through those lifetimes. How there is an advancement or retardment of the soul by our choices and interaction with others.
And perhaps most importantly, we’ll look at the process of reincarnation—how it occurs, how souls may choose circumstances and relationships for growth, and how experiences from past lives can influence the challenges, talents, and opportunities we encounter in the present.
Now, one of the most fascinating parts of this subject is the growing number of documented case studies that suggest the continuity of the soul from one lifetime to another.

How Edgar Cayce Studies Inform Reincarnation Research
